Our guidance sessions and coaching plans are delivered online or in-person as described on the site. Details of each service are provided at the time of booking.

4. Digital Learning Materials

Digital products include downloadable courses, ebooks, and templates. Access is granted after full charge.

5. Physical Goods

Physical items will be shipped to the address provided. Delivery times vary by location.

6. Refund Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. Requests for a full refund on services, digital materials, or goods must be made within 14 days of initial delivery or access. To request, submit a form via our contact page. Approved refunds will be applied to the original payment method within 10 working days.

7. Cancellation and Transfer

Service appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur no extra charge if arranged in time.

8. No-Refund Cases

Certain personalized coaching sessions or subscription access that is activated immediately are not eligible for refund due to the nature of immediate access and resource commitment. For example, one-on-one coaching booked less than 24 hours before the session is non-refundable.
